The photographs presented here are produced as unique works, using direct positive processes with a view camera (4×5 and 8×10 inches) and  Polaroid (4×5 inches) with a view camera.

The absence of a negative and the impossibility of reproduction situate each image within a logic of irreversibility.

Each photograph exists as a singular occurrence, close to an artefact or a relic, where the photographic gesture becomes a definitive act.

This materiality entails a slow and demanding temporality, shaping the work itself: producing few images, and investing them fully as presences.
